The Enema Guy was one of my favorite regulars. He was come in, drop some money and make himself comfortable. Without hesitation or embarrassment, he'd give himself enemas and use large and small dildos on himself for ten minutes. Then he'd leave. It was quite an act, and he had it down to a procedure. He was a pro at keeping the liquid from spilling on the floor (he'd usually shoot it into a bottle, which was part of the wonder of it all.)
He never talked -- just performed this enema/dildo dance. I never asked him if he wanted me to give him a show, since he would just launch into his act after putting money in my box. Sometimes I felt like I should be paying him, since I was witnessing a skillful performance.
